cannot connect or log in on yazak

i have installed & reinstalled yazak for many times but until now i cannot connect in yazak or log in.wat seem to be the problem? would somebody help me to enjoy using yazak as other member do. PLSSS...

did u install both yazak and the vb run
do you get a error message when you log in if so what is it..
joining rooms can take a few min as yahoo is working on this problem just click join room then wait it might take a few min to load chat room ok
