Problems with the shield?

For the past few days I have been getting booted with the shield ON. For some reason the shield will turn off and I get booted before I can turn it back on again, the second time it happened I turned the shield on and it went off just as fast so I clicked it on again and it went off again and i was booted again. Not sure if shield is at fault or a new booter is out.

i havnt been using the shield much but there is some settings when u right click on the shield try selecting when i turn shield on dont auto turn off shield off
