Logging in with new ID

I recently added a new chat ID. Yazak will not let me log into chat with the new ID under YMSG protocol. I am having to use YCHAT. How do I fix this?

Hmmm new id's should log right in... maybe yahoo server issue.. try log the id into yahoo messenger see if there is a problem with the id... might just reboot pc might just fix the issue.
